一般タブ

Generalタブでは、レイヤーのデータ元や凡例画面での表示名（変更可能）などの、レイヤー選択されているレイヤーに関する基本情報を表示します。 また、同様にレイヤーのサムネイルや凡例シンボル、パレットも表示されます。

さらに、縮尺に応じた表示設定を行うことができます。 チェックボックスにチェックを入れ、レイヤーがキャンバスに表示される適当な縮尺を入力します。 （訳注：レイヤーが表示される最小縮尺と最大縮尺を入力します。キャンバスの表示縮尺がその範囲内のときだけレイヤーが表示されるようになります）

同様に、PROJ.4形式での空間参照情報についてもこのタブで表示されます。 Changeを押すことで修正することも可能です。
